We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join us on a permanent full-time basis, who is able to demonstrate our values of Respect, Kindness. Individuality, Joy and Relationships & Communities.

 

This job is Monday –Friday 9am -5pm.

 

About your role:

The Administration Officer role provides support to all functions within the Home while also working autonomously with initiative. Managing some of our candidates will also form part of your role which is supported by our centralised recruitment system. You will also complete numerous administrative tasks are completed. You will be a key support to the Home Manager in completing varied number of tasks.

 

What you will do:

  • Provide high level of customer service to our residents, families and employees
  • Contribute to the administration team and the broader leadership team
  • Manage the cloud based roster and employee queries – includes leave and follow up
  • Provide compliance support for audit areas and HR requirements
  • Manage candidates and interviews to support our Home Manager

What you bring to the role:

  • Strong ability to manage the roster for the Home, process leave and staff follow up
  • Ability to manage candidates through their compliance and onboarding stage
  • High energy, friendly, flexible and understanding attitude to assist our residents, families  and employees
  • Ability to effectively deliver on competing priorities and continuous improvements
  • Provide great customer service to our residents and their families
  • Strong understanding of basic Microsoft Suite programs
  • Experience in Aged Care essential with 2+ years with rostering

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
  • Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
