Square Media International, a Media Agency in Kuwait urgently requires an Operation and Sales Executive Officer. Please send your CVs / Resume to be shortlisted.

Job Title and Requirements: – Sales and Operation Executive Officer (Female)

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Target Sales: Negotiable.
  • Duty Hours: Flexible Shifts 8 Hours a day and also depending on the company’s needs to sometimes work on the weekend / holiday.
  • RECEIVE a list from *business development manager* of clients required to visit at least 14 clients a week.
  • Listen to client needs and Wants of the services provided.
  • Give (briefing to Operation) and (Administration) about services required either for influencers contact or production team / photographer, videographer, graphic designer or even to create a contract.
  • Stay in contact with the client until the deal is closed and accomplished.
  • Send Invoice to Client.
  • Follow up on Payment.
  • Follow up Contract for each deal.
  • Keep updated with operations on progress of the campaign to deliver the presentation to the client.
  • If so in low season (sales has to cover with other teams mates if needed any help or assistance in what-so ever work required to finalize collaborations such assistance helps in getting a better evaluation which also helps in getting different benefits.
  • Travel if necessary (KSA, BH, OM, UAE, QTR)
  • Get Eid Holiday after Eid work time if needed.
  • Fill in influencer sheet with required information along the way (daily basis).
  • Inform PR with close influencer anniversaries, Birthdays, family events, baby borns ,, etc highlight of influencer congratulations phase.
  • Contact Influencers for Missing Information.
  • Contact Influencers and add new 60 Influencers a month in the data from different categories, countries.
  • Receive insights if required by client
  • Search insights before proposing names for the client.
  • Create presentations with insights, comments about the campaign delivery and submit to client.
  • Attend coverages with influencers.
  • Car Required – Work Under Pressure Ability.
