Job Title: Commercial Associate Director – Iconic Project in Abu Dhabi
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 65,000 (Negotiable)
About the Company: A leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Associate Director to join their team. With a strong presence in the industry, our client is currently overseeing an iconic project in Abu Dhabi, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of this landmark venture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimise project outcomes.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensure compliance, and manage variations to contracts.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs, analyse variances, and implement effective cost control measures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring the project remains within budget and on schedule.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their commercial concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or project management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
- Familiarity with the local regulatory environment in Abu Dhabi is advantageous.
