Job Description

Hiring a Service Desk Application Support

Qualifications:
Diploma in computer studies or an equivalent qualification.
Java Development – 3 years minimum experience

Responsibilities:
Develop new web forms within the service desk solution
Database management experience to support software development.
Create and edit Workflows in the service desk system
Able to integrate with third party systems
Create alerts & notification including scheduling of reports
Create modify system based reports
Able to document business requirement, conduct UATs
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services


Required Language Skill:
Both English & Arabic are preferred

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in using Microsoft CRM technology
A minimum 3 year of experience in ServiceNow Developments
A minimum 3 years in Customer Support
