Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Find prospects and leads.
- Learn details about our rooms and services.
- Understand all the prospect’s needs, problems, or wants.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Up-sell when appropriate.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting them.
- Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure efficiency.
- Identify most important sales KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports when needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Report to the management team.
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
