Full-Time Operations Manager
Job Description
To manage overall kitchen & catering facilities and operations ensuring their continuous service delivery and compliance with all local laws, regulations, codes and SOPs.
To protect and promote FTG’s business operations in line with approved targets, budgets and operating standards.
To proactively plan, source, secure, negotiate, manage, coordinate and collaborate with all required suppliers and contractors to meet operational needs and ensure all operational equipment and facilities are adequately maintained and operated to the required standards.
The jobholder is responsible for the security and condition of all equipment stored, retained, used or under their control and carry out duties as tasked, ensuring that the company service standards, objectives, internal policies & procedures and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.
