Contract Duration 3 months renewable
Notice Period – Immediate

Job Description
1. Monthly bank reconciliation – Bank & Credit card transactions reconciliation and accounting – Correspondence with cashiers and bank for clarification and rectification entries
2. PR tracking for all communities to ensure actual expense for the year does not exceed approved budget and Co-ordinating with site teams for amendments and PR approval
3. Identifying Quick Pay payments and Freshdesk payment ticket closure by sending receipt to customers
4. Service Fee invoicing support through customer data verification.
5. Monthly chiller and utility invoicing
6. Customer accounts reconciliation
7. Storage and ad-hoc invoicing as per the request from operations team
8. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Line Manager.
