Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, analysis, and strategy. This role requires strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to oversee and optimize the company’s financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
– Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
– Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
– Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
– Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
– Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Masterβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Professional certifications such as CMA , CFA, or CBA are mandatory.
– Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
– Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards in Kuwait.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
