Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the UAE facilities management sector, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing operations across multiple locations. Proven expertise in maintenance, service delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to safety standards is essential. Proficiency in CAFM systems, SLA management, and KPI monitoring to meet client requirements is required.
Driving License: All applicants must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and thrive under pressure.
Professionalism: Capability to meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards.
