A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Admin Assistant”.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Candidate must have excellent Command in Day to Day Admin and reception related work, knowledge about maintaining company documents Trade License, Municipality Related Documentation.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries,
  • Receive emails. All relevant emails should be replied to if necessary or forward to concerned persons.
  • Hand over the payment cheques issued for suppliers.
  • Purchasing office-related items like stationery and document printing orders.
  • Strong communication, and leadership skills required.
  • The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
