Job Description
Mansions OAM is looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting Team.
Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable (recording transactions in MyStrata/Adda, prepare payments, reconciliation of creditors, review expenses)
2. VAT filing
3. Preparation of financial statements & audit requirements
4. Bank Reconciliation
Qualifications
– Previous experience working in property management accounting
– Strong computer skills -proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
– Knowledge in databases, spreadsheets
– Ability to multi-task, meet frequent deadlines, prioritize, and have strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
– Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and coworkers.
– Self-directed and high attention to detail
– Degree or equivalent experience in accounting
