Full-Time Assistant Manager – Finance

What You’ll Do:
. Finalization of accounts. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing.
· Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
· Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision making.
· Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
· Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses
· Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)
· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
· Identify and drive process improvements. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
· Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances are maintained.
· Oversee operations of the accounting department for Recording & Reporting (R&R).
· Preparing monthly and annual accounts. Bank Reconciliation
· GL mapping and monitoring on monthly basis.
· System ownership making sure all the accounting records and accurate & up to date.
· Prepare Salary Sheet & WPS File monthly.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerBI.
· IFRS Implementation.
· Any work assigned by manager or management not listed above
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA required).
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in financial analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
