Full-Time Commercial/Finance Accountant
Job Description
Khadamat Facility Management is seeking a skilled Commercial/Finance Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities, including vendor identification, RFQs, rate negotiations, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, process journal vouchers, and manage monthly financial closings and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in procurement and accounting.
Maintain accurate financial records, and prepare monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient procurement and financial operations.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of the English language.
Prior experience in the Facilities Management industry is a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
Professional certification in Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain (advantageous).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
