Full-Time Purchase Officer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Must have 3-5 years construction/fit out experience in GCC
*Driving License is an added advantage.
*Candidates must be available in UAE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget.
*Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase.
*Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards.
*Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
*Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.
*Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively.
*Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers.
*Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers or contractors.
